Basket raffle will take place during the week of Monday Oct 24th-Friday Oct 28th, 2022.

To view baskets, please visit Machias Elementary School during teacher conference week: Tuesday, Oct 25th- Thursday Oct. 27th from 12pm-4pm or below. Note: There will be no in-school basket viewing on Monday, Oct 24th and Friday, Oct 28th but you can still view them online.

Invite friends and family to come to our Community Night on Wednesday, Oct 26th from 4:00pm-7:00pm to view baskets and submit donation forms. Families and friends who live a distance away may submit their forms/donations online.
To submit your tickets:

For paper entries: Form must be filled out completely and print clearly. Attach donation form along with payment and hand into the office. We take cash, PayPal, or checks made payable to Machias Elementary PTG.

For online entries: make a payment through PayPal.com or the PayPal app to machiasptg and in the comment/note section please specify: your name, contact information (phone or email), basket # and how many ticket entries for each basket (basket # - ticket amount). (ie. Jane Smith, JaneSmith@gmail.com, #4-25, #35-2). *Use comment “Baskets for Bobcats” IF you filled out this form.
We will conduct a digital raffle where all entries are logged into Excel and winners are selected via random number generator. Principal Ryan and a PTG member will be present during the draw.
Return the instruction form no later than Friday, Oct 28th, 2022 to Machias Elementary School’s Office or take a picture of it and send to machias.ptg@gmail.com.
*ANY ENTRY MADE AFTER FRIDAY OCT 28th WILL BE CONSIDERED DONATIONS ONLY AND WON’T BE COUNTED TOWARDS THE RAFFLE.
The raffle draw will take place on Tuesday, November 1st from 1pm-2pm, with winner pick-up by Friday, November 4th. All baskets / experiences will be picked up in the office of Machias Elementary School
